CODEX INTRODUCTION

Rules are split into two categories - on-duty (anything relating to the clan, such as events) and off-duty (anything outside of clans, such as the Discord server). Despite the rules being split up into two categories, they are interchangeable and most, if not all, off-duty rules also apply to on-duty rules and vice versa.

Failure to follow any of the following rules will lead to consequences. These rules apply to every single person in Dragonborn, there are no exceptions.

I. ON DUTY RULES

  1. Do not attend a raid or defense if you may have to leave. If leaving is the only option, for example, in emergencies, valid reasoning must be provided to the host as outlined in Rule 1. Invalid reasoning such as leaving out of apathy or frustration are not acceptable and will result in punishment.
  2. You must obey all rules established by the event host at any point during the event.
  3. Account sharing is prohibited, especially if the person you are sharing with is listed/under suspicion of cheating.
  4. Uniform is required, you must wear it before joining the game. Use the settings menu (press M) to equip it if you do not have it at DB facilities. Type in the fund request channel if needed.
  5. Raiding or defending against Dragonborn is prohibited (hosts are exempted).
  6. Try to stay on-topic in VC and team chat during events as well as refrain from excessive complaining.
  7. No trolling in assessments/regular warfare events, DTs are exceptions. Trolling can be defined as purposely throwing or not taking the event seriously.
  8. Do not initiate and/or engage in conversations (or jokes) that paint Dragonborn in a negative light.
  9. Only wear the uniform that represents your status in DB.

II. OFF DUTY RULES

  1. NSFW is prohibited (gore & sexual content).
  2. No excessive toxicity.
  3. Do not spam unless endorsed by an officer (e.g. spamming “W” after an event is fine to an extent).
  4. Be respectful and considerate of everyone in the group, no matter the rank.
  5. Doxxing is completely prohibited.
  6. No earraping, loud micing or packing in voice channels unless permitted by an officer (Dragon’s Den VC).
  7. Your nickname must always be your ROBLOX username.
  8. Attempting to recruit members of Dragonborn in an attempt to 'merc' them for another clan is forbidden (can be the same for on-duty rules as well).
  9. Only wear the uniform that represents your status in DB.
  10. Usage of slurs such as the ‘hard r’ are prohibited. Despite the ‘soft a’ not being against the rules, if used in a discriminatory way, there will be consequences. Usage of the F slur is also prohibited.
  11. No sexual conversations, especially those that make people uncomfortable.
  12. Any mention of pedophilia in any way will result in consequences, this includes jokes regarding this topic.
  13. Keep heavily opinionated topics out of the Discord and events alike - this may include topics regarding gender, politics, race or any conversation that would most likely lead to an argument or someone feeling uncomfortable.
  14. Do not initiate and/or engage in conversations (or jokes) that paint Dragonborn in a negative light.
